Hello everyone!

Since 6th december 2024, I have been working from a beautiful purpose built treatment room in Stainsacre, Whitby.  After working in scarborough since I qualified in 2009, I felt it was time to work closer to home. I greatly appreciate the continued support from my regular clients in Scarborough, who now travel to Whitby for their appointments.

My client base in Whitby is continuously growing, and it has been lovely to meet locals from the area as well as tourists visiting North Yorkshire.

The treatment room is located in Stainsacre, which is a lovely quiet village between Hawsker and Whitby, just off the A171. I'm sure that you'll all love the peaceful surroundings.

TREATMENT COSTS from 1st October 2025:

Clinical Massage Therapy, Sports & Remedial/ Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Clinical Reflexology, Cupping Therapy, Relaxation Therapies, Manual Lymphatic Drainage:

Initial consultation and first treatment will take 75 to 90 minutes (£65-£75). This allows me to take a full health history and then tailor the treatment to suit your individual needs.

£50 - 45 minutes

£55 - 60 minutes

£65 - 75 minutes

£75 - 90 minutes

Indian Head Massage:

£50 - 45 minutes

6 x 45 minute treatments for £270

6 x 60 minute treatments for £300

6 x 75 minute treatments for £360

6 x 90 minute treatments for £420

All saving you £30! Block bookings must be used within 6 months of purchase.

UPGRADES to treatments are available, if you'd like to add a little bit more luxury! These include premium oils, face serums, moisturising foot socks, under eye masks and more! Please ask for more details and prices when booking your appointment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged half the treatment cost.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full treatment cost.

As part of my continued professional development, I completed a qualification in 'Understanding Autism'.  There are so many benefits when offering complementary therapies to people with additional needs. Such as;

Helping with sensory processing disorders.

By increasing my knowledge and undertanding of neurodiverse conditions, I hope to be able to provide therapies to a wider range of people. 

Spring 2026 - I am currently studying Post - Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage including the use of K-taping. Many surgeons advise their clients to book Post Op MLD sessions, to help with their recovery, as it can relieve pain and reduce inflammation and excess fluid. It also promotes the healing process of scars and breaks down scar tissue. Surgeries that can benefit from MLD include:

Liposuction, Tummy tuck, Fat removal, Excess skin removal, Breast augmentation, Breast reconstruction, Rhinoplasty, Reconstructive surgeries. K - taping (kinesiology taping for MLD) is a techniques using elastic tape to lift the skin, reduce pressure and increase lymphatic flow. Keep posted for more information on this amazing treatment!
