This incredibly relaxing massage treatment  promotes deeper muscle relaxation through the placement of smooth, water-heated stones at key points on the body. It decreases pain and muscle spasms, reduces chronic stress and tension, increases flexibility in joints, aiding in easier mobility and movement. Treat your feet to a whole hour of pure bliss, with the ultimate in de-stressing. A 'facial' for your feet!  This deeply relaxing treatment begins with your feet being soaked and cleansed with Tropic Ocean Fizz Foot Soak. This effervescent foot soak combines eucalyptus and peppermint oil leaving the feet smelling fresh and feeling clean. A gentle foot scrub will be massaged into the feet, to exfoliate away any hard skin, leaving your feet smooth and glowing. A foot masque will be applied to deeply nourish the skin, while the feet are wrapped in hot towels. followed by a knee to toe massage, with Tropic's Repairing Foot Remedy, which sooths tired aching feet and promotes circulation in the legs and feet.

The ultimate treat for the whole body. This 90 minute treatment includes a full body massage with Neal's Yard organic aromatic massage oil, while the hands and feet will be treated to a rich and deeply nourishing cream of your choice, to soften tired skin.  

During this treatment, the back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet, arms and hands will all be massaged, until you are completely relaxed. The session will be concluded with Indian Head Massage techniques, to release knots of muscular tension, relax connective tissue, and aid in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. 

£70 - 90 minute treatment

This half-body hot stone treatment, is useful for targeting specific problem areas. You can choose to have the muscles of the neck, back, shoulders and arms massaged in this 35 minute treatment, or the lower back, glutes, legs and feet.

£45 - 45 minute treatment.

This treatment incorporates Indian Head Massage to the scalp, ears, jawline and neck, which is deeply relaxing and allows you to really unwind from day to day stresses. 

Any knots and tension will ease away, relieving tension headaches and soothing aching muscles in the neck and shoulders.

The arms and hands will also be massaged, followed by the legs and feet.

Rich nourishing hand and foot creams will be used to soften any hard skin, and you'll be left feeling relaxed and de-stressed.

£50 - 60 minute treatment

An Indian Head massage usually takes around 30 minutes, and may use certain oils on the neck and shoulders, but not in the hair. It starts with massage to the upper back, shoulders and upper arms, dissolving knots and relaxing the muscles. Then moving to the neck and head to release headache-causing blockages and to encourage better circulation of the cerebral fluid. The massage then progresses to the scalp, ears and jawline, relaxing the entire head, encouraging circulation and stimulating hair growth. This treatment can be carried out with the client in a seated position, or for deeper relaxation, can be done with the client laying down.
